Ľubomír Golis

He has extensive experience in managing companies from various industries and areas, including international operations, at different levels of management, including positions such as financial director and general director. He has participated in numerous projects focused on increasing efficiency, optimizing processes and activities in the fields of economics and finance, sales, procurement, and logistics. He considers data and information to be crucial prerequisites for making sound decisions and achieving success in business. He continuously deepens and develops his managerial skills, as well as expert knowledge, particularly in the field of corporate economics and finance. He is also an official economic expert in the area of controlling. He graduated from the Faculty of Management and Informatics at the University of Zilina, specializing in management.

Marek Kamenický

He is an expert with 20 years of experience specializing in accounting, taxes, due diligence, and project financing. He also deals with crisis management and identifying critical processes in companies. He also has many years of experience in managing his own logistics companies with a multinational presence. He specializes in advising on the optimization of corporate structures, as well as in asset management, resource acquisition, and project management. As part of his activities, he lectured for several years as an expert at the Faculty of Philosophy of the Catholic University in Ruzomberok. He is a graduate of the Faculty of Management and Informatics at the University of Zilina.

Rudolf Švanda

He is a senior software developer with a wide range of experience in developing software for embedded systems.
